We are a ministry devoted to serving congregations and judicatories. We guide feasibility studies and capital building giving campaigns through Ricketts Associates. In 1998, with a growing awareness of clergy misconduct and church conflict through our very personal work with congregations in giving programs, the ministry founded Genesis Reconciliation Ministries. Genesis Ministries established Francis House: A Center for Recovery and Hope for clergy and professionals in the ministry who suffer from alcohol, chemical, drug or other addictions in 2006

Ricketts Associates is a ministry devoted to serving congregations. We counsel and guide discernment planning, conduct feasibility studies, also building, renovation and capital campaigns.
